Buckie Braes is an attractive 6 acre wooded valley on the southern fringes of Perth with surfaced paths and bridges for ease of access. Its purpose is to provide an outdoor space and wildlife haven for residents to enjoy close to the city.Over the next five years and in collaboration with South Perth Green Spaces Group, the Estate have developed a plan for improvement.
Sadly, due to ash die back disease we are currently working to remove a number of trees or dead branches that overhang the footpath.
Until this is complete we have taken a decision with Perth and Kinross Council in the interests of public safety to temporarily close the footpath until all works are complete.
